Have any of you looked at the repayments on a novated lease with current interest rates? Cost of vehicles has gone up along with the interest rates and the fall in the Aussie dollar. And don't forget there is a balloon payment at the end - that means you are paying interest on a higher balance on the way through. Its good and well to be on a shortlist, but when the repayments have increased by over 30% from the time you initially enquired, you might be temped to go: Yeah, nah!
