This outcome was very much expected by the general public and media. Prices may fluctuate a bit in the next few days but should stabilized around $9-$10 area. It is a matter of time before the licence get the green light, especially now the government needed the gaming tax and jobs badly.
Don't forget taxes paid by Crown are used to build your roads, schools and parks. DYOR
