In all my year's investing, you recognise these unique investment situations whereby this is no longer a retail investor stock.
Now that the Board no longer has effective control of the company... this is now a big boys game and you have to hope that they leave enough crumbs for retail investors to exit their positions.
They play hardball, and I would expect that they will simply let SGR go to the brink of insolvency before they put an offer on the table.
