I think that Bruce he knows Star still can operate hotel and food license without gambling venue. The land and properties worth more than that. I remember Burswood casino was sold cheap too. I bought Burwood casino around 60c in my memory then it was taken over by James Packer. Surely, Burwood casino now worths more than that.
