There has been plenty of positives on the actual remediation front. Star has clearly made progress but have obviously made errors along the way.

the way this enquiry is going is that is all about how bad Robbie Cooke is. that's what the general intent seems to be.

I don't see how we get to a point where the remediation plan is accepted in QLD, but not in NSW. That would be bizarre. I think outcome will either be a conditional licence, or weeks is extended to give more time.

It could go either way TBH. The NICC want all the focus off them and how bad they have been so making Star look to be the bad guy only works in their favour.
