weak police make it a criminal state..
it hard to balance...
personal responsibility ...
is gambling good for economy??
yes .. if people gamble responsible...
sadly that not the case....
either way casino is related to crime...
crime bring money...
pubs shouldnt go cashless they dont make that much compare to casino....
