We all know that Dubbo has the materials that are needed. I suspect there has also been a lot of shorting which could lead to a foreign takeover at 100% premium to current price (for example). That would be cheap. Who would do it - not the Chinese after the way they have treated us, but perhaps the USA or a Europen entity.
