I wouldn't think this is "hope" as you put it. It's there, it's real and it will happen. Continuous discussions are ongoing at high levels. Much , much higher than you, I and everyone else in here put together. IG has not sold a single share. Not at $14 and not at $2. Investments were also done at a premium ($8.90). Are there issues? Probably. Are there delays? Most definitely. Regardless though, this project is REAL and it is not based on hope!!!
