I agree but what can you find for REEs? LYC is now a successful producer while PEK wants to be and ILU is hoping to be there n a few years. Of course, the Korean Metal Plant has its own DFS, and from memory that has a better IRR. Also, your expectations of where REE refined prices will be in a few years have impact on final outcomes and that is where the strategic categorisation of REEs has a bearing. ASM is not without competition within the Western world and we have several companies as producer, developer and explorers on the ASX. I know of another company with a deposit in Victoria that can be classified as a developer that is not yet listed but likely will be.
