Plenty of people have previously floated the idea of metallization / ZironTech spin off with DZP mine as seperate entity

While this makes sense to reduce risk & streamline profits, it could mean DZP is orphaned & perhaps the IRR is not attractive in current market conditions

The main point is ASM wants to mine DZP to supply KMP & rely on KOMIR in the interim & perhaps for titanium inputs indefinitely, though there's always the option of acquiring titanium mines or ground

DZP updates are appreciated despite the slow & steady progress - it's not going away & is a massive mutli decades mine waiting to be developed

ASM is trying to progress DZP & secure funds, however it's likely the primary focus for now is upscale of KMP to full capacity & securing offtakes which could lead to further strategic investment in ASM & provide a reduction in risk when securing DZP funding

Yes there is plenty of competition in China, LYC & aspiring REE miners & producers.

ILU somehow were gifted $1b by outgoing Lib Nat Federal govt, wait & see who ends up on their board or share registry!

There's always the possibility that DZP remains undeveloped for decades & some of the current aspiring miners end up supplying KOMIR or KMP

No one knows exactly what will happen & the SP decline is disappointing, however it could be a buying opportunity for those with patience & appetite for what I perceive as medium risk with massive upside potential

Happy to hold & accumulate for the next 5+ years & hopefully look back on 2022 & wonder why I didn't buy up more ASM at $2 !!!
