Yeah I see your point about transparency and it doesn't seem there's anyone to keep NICC in check. I was more referring to Bell keeping his professional integrity and the backlash he would cop if it was ever discovered that he manipulated his report at the request of Crawford.
I think it is a positive about the extension at this stage but we will see what happens when the NICC make a decision.
