Definitely keeping license or why would NICC apply for an extension when the report will be public before Week's current term was due to expire 30th of September.
If it was a shorter amount of extension time it might be questionable but not extending until March 2025.
This seems to me they are giving them a timeline for another review to assess the suitability of Star's operations in March 2025. This could send the SP higher if everyone is under the same impression as I am.
They have plenty of hurdles to overcome but Star now has some capable executives and the revenue is definitely going to increase from the QW Casino opening on August 31st. I'd be surprised if the market doesn't respond positively to this tomorrow.
