Well, its a calculated guess. Most of these commodities stocks’ SP are based on news and hope. The basic reason why they bought the cobalt mines and gave up the tin mines is a testament to that. They are running out of money soon , only way to get the fund is to have a good result on the cobalt mines and that will set the expectations up. 3 ct’s is a achievable near target and CR after that will be quite logical.
This is my bet on this company starting from a low base SP. The cobalt supply situation can be quite a concern to the EV manufacturers as 60% is from congo...a highly unstable supply base. The management will play the game the way it should be played.
Well, i have laid by bet and will see whether i am right.
