Nobody in Prof Samuels position would want to be seen to be in bed with corrupt individuals or companies he would have done his research and due diligence on JK, ISX and NSX before agreeing to join the NSX BOD. Even if people here don't hold the organisations he has previously been involved with in high esteem that doesn't mean he wants to be dragged down by association.
