    That's 4.5 years from when the NOI was submitted on 24/04/2014. For a fertiliser mine in the middle of nowhere. The NT environmental approvals process has a lot to answer for in what is supposed to be a "mining friendly" jurisdiction. 


    Just the agreement with the Central Land Council left to go for approvals, then its a matter of finding funds.
