I would have thought there may have been a bit more of a plan or some urgency given their backs are against the wall. who knows, maybe the board are setting it up for a cheap t/o! they have averaged down so much and keep getting cheap shares that it doesn't matter where the company goes? maybe they are going to contact SH's and say, well, you know, we have $x on the table, yeah it's a really low ball offer, but hey, it's either that or go bust..... hmmmmm... wouldn't want to have an average of less than 1c if that's the case.....
