    re: Ann: NT Government declares major project... This dramatically increases the profile of the company and will bring in the institutions if they are not already in. With only 219 million shares, and a large chunk held by top 20 shareholders, there are not too many free floating shares around, especially with the volume that has been happening over the last few weeks. I think this ride is going to get interesting!
