We need a binding offtake agreement if we wanna see some real action here.
the upgrade DFS will break the ice and potentially get that ball rolling but the only things that really matter right now are Offtake, finance and the FID, everything else is just "nice to have" that will not really get enough wind under our wings to really see us take off.
