The other thing that I forgot to mention is that wouldn't some of the LFP CAM plant plans be associated with the IRA credits? I know there's a certain percentage of materials you can get from China that goes into an American manufactured EV but once over a specific limit then you lose those credits.
It's all about about setting up supply chains outside of China.
