Averaging down only adapt to the company which is really actively work on their valuable future. Ragusa havent done any positive action for their company yet. Only few announcements after hit at last qtr. Comparing with other active companies will reflict how ragusa management lack of profitable action for their future. I couldnt see any positive future for this company from their recent management style. They must be work hard and show their passion to share holders, I doubt about that.
