    re: Ann: NT/P68 farm-in agreement Conditions ... We would all like to see Heron drilled before end 2011 however Heron/Blackwood are both in <100m water so a jackup is obviously the way to go. Ensco jackups are booked by Apache so ENI may mob a rig from Singapore. Another option is if their current deepwater units are between jobs they may drill Heron. Standby rates for deepwater units run ~100K per day so if ENI are paying to hold them they may as well use them.
