Possible timing for ENI's decision re: GO/NO GO for NT/P68 is strategic given that the 29th of August falls on the last business day in August and the ES partners must submit their development plan to the Federal Authorities in Sept?? May be they don't yet want to let the cat out of the bag re: their intentions whilst negotiating with the other ES partners re: development plans.
