That is certainly possible...

One issue i have with Meo....that could have clarified the situation is that Meo announced that they would provide an update on the UBS TS progress around december if I recall correctly....
It didnt happen...so we must assume......
Zero interest.....some interest.....too hard....oil industry melt down.....
We dont know..
For example...just the mention that UBS was managing the enquiries caused the share price to zoom to around 8cents in a couple of days.....

I accept that there may be more going on behind the scenes..than has not been disclosed.....my bet is that Eni is the focus....as U say a game of chess....
