    as per their website table, they've underperformed the market over the past 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 year periods
    and have recently reduced their dividend, whereas AFI have maintained theirs.
    so what's to like about it ?
    Paul Rickard ( Switzer's sidekick ) commented that one of their largest holdings is SOL, and that Robert Milne is Chairman of both SOL and MLT,
    which could create potential governance conflicts.
