Asia Pacific Index Trust NTA & Allotment Notice

The manager of the Asia Pacific Trust advises that as at close of business on
8 February 2016 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 5
February 2016. The total number of units on issue on that day was 24,883,000.

The asset backing for each APA unit at close of business on 8 February 2016
was $1.56218 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).
The tracking difference was 0.60%
