Yeah, I agree completely. They are hopeless. Thus, the comment about await the buy back opportunity... the only way a shareholder will get close to NAV.
I am becoming an ardent hater of LICs and closed funds. There should be minimum capitalisation requirements for any closed fund to ensure there is sufficient liquidity.
Anything under 100 million seems to be a perennial discount basket case.
