Depends on your definition of "soon" I guess. Once again to use the FEX comparison; it can happen a lot quicker than you think. Thankfully there's not an enormous amount of infrastructure to be built or CAPEX to stump up for an operation like Paulsens.
I believe Peru will provide them with ongoing funds for day to day operations, but there's always the chance of a sale of the assets.
