NTA calculation isnt really a true reflection of BEL's assets as they cant practically sell all their shares at the prevailling price. Therefore the market will value BEL at a discount (bigger discount for illiquid holdings i.e. SRK) so the current sp is probably fair.
However if there is a corporate event for SRK, then BEL will go up significantly.
