Been trading in and out of this one for a couple of years but finally gave it the big flick.
If goes low enough I might buy a few thousand just for interests sake.
I notice on CommSec there is a buy in for 3,110,000 @ $0.045 and so I'm not sure what's going on there.
Being on the nose, check out KBC of which BEL is a major holder, browse through the announcements and that will give you the clues.
