The NAV per share is after deducting treasury stock (shares acquired under
the Barramundi buyback programme) and a performance fee accrual payable to
the Manager.

On Tuesday 16 July 2013, portfolio stock McMillan Shakespeare was put into a
trading halt at their own request, so that they can evaluate the impact of
the Australian Government's proposed changes to the FBT treatment of cars.
McMillan Shakespeare believes if the changes are implemented they will have a
material impact on their business. The McMillan Shakespeare share price fell
15% before the trading halt was put in place. As at the date of this
Barramundi NAV, McMillan Shakespeare remains in a trading halt.
