Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted
net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 July 2012, calculated on a
cum-income basis, was 1935p, after deduction of the final dividend for the
year ended 31 March 2012 of 31.2p per share.
