The best time to buy LIC'S is when they trade at a discount to NTA. Current discount IMO is too good to pass by. Also note, a big game changer is that Geoff Wilson from Wilson asset mgt, bought in 5% back late last year . This is a significant endorsement, more so as WAM recent announcement of "Strategic Value fund LIC" to list on Asx, which directly is designed to buy into Lic's trading below Nta's.
