Agree wholeheartedly that there is light at the end of a long tunnel. Let’s hope it’s not the light of an approaching express train !
The PF has improved significantly since Michael went to a better quality PF, in fact apart from the small and illiquid stocks, it’s quite good. NTA is significantly above the current SP which is good, but only if that NTA can be “captured” by the investor ?
My concern is not so much if the SP can get anywhere near the NTA (because Michael would have a vested interest in that happening as well) but when ? How long is that piece of string re the “rubbish” that has to be cleaned up and “thrown out” before we can see the quality and hopefully other investors can too and raise the current SP off the floor. The road to hell is paved with good intentions and I wonder just how long it will take to “finalise” things and realise some sort of reasonable value ?
I agree 6 out of 8 cylinders is better than 3 !
