Im only interested in seeing the SP rise, so I may be waiting a while ?
Just because the NTA rises as a result of the quality of the PF rising, doesn’t necessarily mean that the actual SP is going to rise unless there is a catalyst to make it happen. From what I can see, the only catalyst will be called Michael. Investors are not going to buy (despite the gap btw the NTA and the SP) u less they can a. Make some form of profit, and b. Get out of the stock at a higher price (or indeed just get out…! ) when they want. At the moment, GC1 is like a fly trap…..can lure people in with a fantastic discount, but when in, there is not enough liquidity to enable them to get out… (at a reasonable price)
Things I’m sure will change, but time is the issue. Sooner or later someone is going to want to pick up an asset at a near 40% discount. Let’s hope it’s not Geoff Wilson and Wam funds. You only have to look at their results lately to NOT be interested in that ! I notice that their WAR fund held NSC (NAOS small cap) and have a Look at that for a disaster!
