SmartFONZ NTA & Allotment Notice

The manager of the SmartFONZ advises that as at close of business on 9 May
2013 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 8 May 2013. The
total number of units on issue on that day was 67,039,240.

The asset backing for each SmartFONZ unit at close of business on 9 May 2013
was $1.62769

Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets
for holdings in multiples of:
- 500,000 units for smartTENZ
- 200,000 units for smartFONZ & smartMIDZ
- 150,000 units for smartMOZY & smartOZZY

smartFONZ Basket Composition

Composition of a basket of securities and cash equivalent to 200,000 NZX 50
Portfolio Index Fund units effective from 10 May 2013.

The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
