* The undiluted NAV excludes any impact on NAV of the future exercise of
warrants (KFLWC). At 11 March 2015, 30,448,940 warrants are on issue and may
be exercised on 6 November 2015. The actual exercise price of each warrant is
$1.29 less the dividends per share declared by the company between 13
November 2014 and 6 November 2015. A dividend of 2.73 cents per share was
declared in February 2015 (a total of 5.39 cents per share has been declared
to date in the period 13 November 2014 to 6 November 2015) and two more
dividends are expected to be declared in the period.
The above net asset value (NAV) is unaudited and net of fees and tax.
The NAV per share is after deducting an accrual for a 2.73 cents per share
dividend to be paid on 27 March 2015. The NAV per share is also calculated
after deducting treasury stock (shares acquired under the Kingfish buyback
programme) - currently nil.
