The diluted net asset value describes the effect if all remaining warrants in
existence (KFLWB) were exercised today at $0.95. At 25 April 2012,
40,077,612 warrants remain to be exercised. These warrants may be exercised
on the following dates:
Tuesday 24 July 2012 and Monday 3 September 2012 (Final Exercise Date).
