The net asset value per share is after deducting an accrual for a 1.80 cents
per share dividend to be paid on 28 September 2012 and is also after
deducting treasury stock (shares acquired under the Marlin Global buyback
programme).

One of Marlin Global's investments, Fook Woo Group Limited ("Fook Woo"), has
voluntarily suspended its trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange since 28
November 2011. The value of Marlin Global's holding in Fook Woo has been
written down by 80%. Fook Woo comprises 1% of the portfolio as at the date of
this NAV announcement.

Limited, a specialist fund manager with a track record of successful

efficient investment vehicle. Marlin Global may invest in listed
international growth companies on any approved stock exchange (excluding New
Zealand or Australia) or unlisted international companies not incorporated in
