*Ports Design is currently on a trading halt due to the delay in reporting
its annual results.
NB: Another of Marlin Global's investments, Fook Woo Group Limited ("Fook
Woo"), has voluntarily suspended its trading on the Hong
Kong stock exchange since 28 November 2011. Fook Woo comprises 3% of the
portfolio as at the date of this NAV announcement.
BACKGROUND
Marlin Global Limited is a listed investment company investing in smaller
companies that are listed on an approved stock exchange (excluding a stock
exchange in New Zealand or Australia). The investment portfolio is managed by
Fisher Funds Management Limited, a specialist New Zealand investment manager
with a track record of successfully investing in smaller company shares.
Marlin Global Limited began operating in November 2007 when it allotted
103,000,000 shares.
