* The undiluted NAV excludes any impact on the NAV of the future exercise of
warrants (MLNWB). At 10 March 2016, 27,546,716 warrants are on issue and may
be exercised on 5 August 2016. The actual exercise price of each warrant is
$0.88 less the dividends per share declared by the company between 14 July
2015 and 5 August 2016. Dividends totalling 5.75 cents per share have been
declared to date and one more dividend is expected to be declared in the
remaining period to 5 August 2016.
The above net asset value (NAV) is unaudited and net of fees and tax.
The NAV per share is after deducting an accrual for a 1.88 cents per share
dividend to be paid on 24 March 2016. The NAV per share is also calculated
after deducting treasury stock of 110,000 shares (acquired under the Marlin
Global buyback programme).

BACKGROUND

managed by Fisher Funds, a specialist investment manager with a track record
