The manager of the SmartMOZY advises that as at close of business on 29
February 2012 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 28
February 2012. The total number of units on issue on that day was 9,697,251.
The asset backing for each smartMOZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 29
February 2012 was $4.96563 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).
Composition of a basket of securities and cash equivalent to 150,000 NZX
Australian Midcap Index Fund units effective from 1 March 2012.
