New Zealand Property Index Trust NTA & Allotment Notice

The manager of the New Zealand Property Index Trust advises that as at close
of business on 3 March 2016 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or
allotted since 2 March 2016. The total number of units on issue on that day
was 40,355,787.

The asset backing for each NPF unit at close of business on 3 March 2016 was
$1.07100 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).

The tracking difference was 1.85%
