New Zealand Property Index Trust NTA & Allotment Notice

The manager of the New Zealand Property Index Trust advises that as at close
of business on 11 February 2016 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or
allotted since 10 February 2016. The total number of units on issue on that
day was 39,855,787.
The asset backing for each NPF unit at close of business on 11 February 2016
was $1.06221 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).
The tracking difference was 1.31%
