The manager of the New Zealand Property Trust advises that as at close of
business on 12 January 2016 a total of 1,875,000 units has been allotted
since 11 January 2016. The total number of units on issue on that day was
39,605,787.

The asset backing for each New Zealand Property Trust unit at close of
business on 12 January 2016 was $1.06123
The tracking difference was 1.34%
