New Zealand Bond Trust NTA & Allotment Notice

The manager of the New Zealand Bond Trust advises that as at close of
business on 8 February 2016 a total of 30,000 units has been allotted since
04 February 2016. The total number of units on issue on that day was
66,223,573.

The asset backing for each New Zealand Bond Trust unit at close of business
on 08 February 2016 was $3.00993
