The manager of the New Zealand Bond Trust advises that as at close of
business on 30 December 2015 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or
allotted since 29 December 2015. The total number of units on issue on that
day was 66,168,573.

The asset backing for each New Zealand Bond Trust unit at close of business
on 30 December 2015 was $2.97459
