The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 3
February 2016 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 2
February 2016. The total number of units on issue on that day was 25,576,556.

The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 3
February 2016 was $3.17552 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability), The
tracking difference was 1.66%
