The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 7
January 2016 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 6
January 2016. The total number of units on issue on that day was 24,976,556.

The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 7
January 2016 was $3.23608 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability), The
tracking difference was 1.66%
