smartOZZY NTA & Allotment Notice
The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 10
September 2012 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 7
September 2012. The total number of units on issue on that day was
25,066,691.
Please note Basket applications and redemptions will be unavaliable from
Monday 17 September 2012 to Friday 28 September 2012. Basket applications and
redemptions will resume on Monday October 01 2012.
The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 10
September 2012 was $3.56323 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).
Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets
for holdings in multiples of:
- 500,000 units for smartTENZ
- 200,000 units for smartFONZ & smartMIDZ
- 150,000 units for smartMOZY & smartOZZY
smartOZZY Basket Composition
Composition of a basket of securities and cash equivalent to 150,000 NZX
Australian 20 Leaders Index Fund units effective from 11 September 2012.
The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
