The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 19
October 2015 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 16
October 2015. The total number of units on issue on that day was 24,826,556.

The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 19
October 2015 was $3.43778 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability), The
tracking difference was 0.84%
